Join CFA Society New York for an informative one-hour discussion led by an industry expert, which will tackle the “gaming” of investment performance results and identify ways to recognize potential problems in performance reporting.

The discussion will include how “gaming” investment performance results has been used in the past to artificially improve performance appearance, how it can be detected and how the CFA Institute’s Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®) plays a role in mitigating “gaming.” Attendees will learn what to look for when analyzing reported investment performances and explore the best ways to achieve fair, accurate representation of key strategic decisions.
