Join CFA Society New York for an in-depth panel discussion about the latest developments and regulatory changes regarding Climate Change and ESG reporting. Learn what impact these developments will have on disclosures of ESG-related features of existing and prospective investment products, and explore new considerations for asset managers in the broader sustainable investing space.

The panel will address a series of timely questions, including:

  1. Do we need another ESG standard and a new climate framework for investment products?

  2. What should investors consider and asset managers disclose on ESG and climate-related features in investment products?

  3. How will the U.S. consider the E.U. taxonomy and E.U. Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), APAC’s regulations, and continued global policy developments on ESG and sustainable investing in Latin America and Africa?

The discussion will consider potential changes contemplated by the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, together with thought leadership from the CFA Institute, the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board, the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures, and the Principles for Responsible Investment.
