Greetings from Women in Valuation Master Class Boot Camp

Below you can read an update from the Valuation Master Class Boot Camp and the Women Scholarships process:

The Valuation Master Class Boot Camp is an intense, 6-week, guided online course that equips students with the foundational company valuation skills to work as investment bankers, asset managers, equity analysts, or value investors. The class is spearheaded by Andrew Stotz and organized by the A. Stozt Academy.

Before the previous master class A. Stotz Academy awarded Women in Valuation Scholarships to 14 women from six CFA Societies.

Altogether eleven CFA Societies participated in the Women in Valuation Scholarship program, and together they proposed that 57 women apply for a scholarship to attend the Valuation Master Class Boot Camp. CFA India and CFA Society Nigeria both had 16 women submit their interest and start the application process. Vietnam was next with eight applicants, followed by Cambodia with four and Czech Republic with three. Calgary, Hong Kong, and the Philippines each sent two applicants, while Singapore and Mongolia each sent one.

After the initial application process 22 scholarships were offered based on a maximum per country/society and the assessment of their financial need, of which 14 women accepted the scholarship and joined the Valuation Master Class Boot Camp. Ten of the 14 managed to graduate the intense course. The four who did not graduate were given access to the Valuation Master Class Foundation course in the on-demand format and were offered a significantly discounted price for the next Boot Camp.
