Autumn networking event featured a trip to a museum and a dinner

CFA Society Finland Autumn networking event was spent on the evening of 28 October, luckily in-person. We began our event at Sinebrychoff Art Museum where we visited the exhibition “Collectors on tour”. We had the pleasure of admiring art from private collections of famous Finnish art collectors. Paintings ranging from the time period 15th to 19th century gave us a truly diverse arts experience in the beautiful old museum building in central Helsinki.

The evening continued at a nearby restaurant Southpark for a relaxed dinner and socializing. Board president Antti Raappana and vice president Niina Arkko gave greetings from CFA Institute, latest news from the Finnish Society and information on topical certificate programs to enroll to such as the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing and the coming Certificate in Climate and Investing from CFA Society UK.

We really enjoyed meeting our members and candidates for networking and lively discussion again. It was a new concept to combine arts and dinner together and we hope participants enjoyed themselves. Our Society is gearing now towards the end of the year with our Christmas Party and Charter Awards late November and a China-themed event in December. Look into your inboxes and remember to register!
