Applications of Behavioural Finance in Active Management

This morning we had a full house of CFA Charterholders and candidates networking and learning about behavioral aspects of investing. Our fantastic guest speaker was @Emily Haisley from Blackrock. Thanks to all participants!

Emily Haisley, leads the Risk and Quantitative Analysis Behavioural Finance initiative for BlackRock in Europe. Emily give a presentation on the applications of behavioural finance in active management, focusing on the human side of investing, specifically how emotions, bias, group thinking, and other behavioural aspects of human nature may impact investment decision making.
